ALEX BERENSON: Did Cannabis Psychosis Cause The Mass Shootings In Texas And Elsewhere?
Cannabis causes psychosis. Psychosis causes violence.

Yep, there it is, the first reference to cannabis use by Salvador Ramos, the Texas elementary school killer. In the New York Times.

Took 24 hours, give or take.

And Ms. Rodriguez recalled he would often talk about how much he despised his mother and grandmother, whom he told her did not let him smoke weed or do what he wanted.

This is only one case. Except it’s not.

Nikolas Cruz, the Florida high school shooter, was a heavy user and told the police detective who interviewed him that he heard voices. Devin Patrick Kelley - who shot up a Texas church and killed 26 people in 2017 before blowing his head off - had THC in his system when he died. (Kelley had anti-anxiety drugs too; a lot of heavy cannabis users wind up using Xanax or Klonopin to try to tamp down their paranoia.) Darrell Brooks Jr., last seen allegedly racing through the Waukesha Christmas Parade, is a self-described stoner.

So drug cartels are hired by the government to groom a kid for a shooting, and the solution is turning back the clock on cannabis legalization to give cartels more profits?

No way. Time to end the cartels by legalizing all drugs. Drug prohibition is expensive. The US can't afford it anymore.

The main thing drug money used to be used for was bribing government officials to be our friends all around the world. Now the Fed just prints limitless money. Drug prohibition is now nothing but a liability. Limitless Fed money is how Joe Biden stole the 2020 election even; drug money is that obsolete and never managed to do that.

Interesting theory.

I know for a fact that street MJ is laced with other chems.

I have seen bizarre behavior from people that smoked the street drug.

Maybe if it was legal, that part of the problem would be regulated out of existence.

I dont get why they do these random shootings. But especially why they target kids /schools?

If you add MKULTRA, you can see targeting kids creates the greatest emotional response if you are tring to change things politically. But these murderers are not political. They are nut jobs... so someone is using them for political manipulation by triggering an emotional response.

Marijuana Use Causes 7 Fold Increased Risk of Violent Behavior

Published 20 Mar 2016
Author Douglas Fields

Marijuana use and violence New research reported in the journal Psychological Medicine, concludes that continued use of cannabis causes violent behavior as a direct result of changes in brain function that are caused by smoking marijuana over many years.

Marijuana use and violence
Researchers have long debated a possible link between use of marijuana and violent crime. Many previous studies have linked marijuana use to increased delinquency, aggression, and other psychological disorders. From a pharmacological perspective this makes sense, because cannabis inhibits neural circuits in the prefrontal cortex that control impulsive behaviors and self-control. In addition, long-term use of cannabis, especially in adolescent years, can cause long-term changes in brain development, including an increased risk of schizophrenia. The sticky problem in such studies are the many confounding factors involved in interpreting this correlation. It is very difficult to determine whether any statistical correlation between marijuana use and violent behavior are causally linked, or instead the two are associated through some other factor, such as socioeconomic status, personality traits, or many other variables that are related to the propensity to use marijuana.

Moreover, the causal relation between smoking pot and violent behavior could be in exactly the opposite direction. That is, individuals who are involved in violence or who commit criminal offenses may also be people who are more open to using marijuana. After all, marijuana is an illegal substance in most places, so people with antisocial personality traits and those with tendencies toward lawlessness may be the type of individuals inclined to be more open to obtaining and using the illegal substance. What makes this new study more compelling than previous studies is that the researchers followed the same individuals for over 50 years from a young age to adulthood. This is precisely what one needs to do to solve the chicken or egg riddle with respect to cannabis and violence: just look and see which one happens first.

These subjects were in the Cambridge Study in Delinquent Development, comprised of 411 boys who were born around 1953 and living in working-class urban neighborhoods of London. 97% of them were Caucasian and all of them were raised in two-parent households. The researchers took into consideration other factors, including antisocial traits, alcohol use, other drug use, cigarette smoking, mental illnesses, and family history. The statistics showed that most of the participants never used cannabis and they were never reported to have violent behavior. 38% of the participants did try cannabis at least once in their life. Most of them experimented with cannabis in their teens, but then stopped using it. However, 20% of the boys who started using pot by age 18 continued to use it through middle age (32-48 years).

They were all taking psychotherapy drugs as well.

Quite the stretch to blame cannabis chuckle but we can point our fingers to the psychotropic drugs.

It did not.

They mention the Benzodiazepine though, and even try to minimize in proportion to the weed. THERE IS NO COMPARISON.

If he was on the Benzodiazepine than it all makes sense.

It's impossible to get off the Benzo too without a long term taper, I want to know what dosage he was taking, this needs to be public information, and Benzos eventually need to be BANNED once we get everyone off.

There's a lot more information I'd speak with the President himself about.

Not in a million years will you ever develop a Benzo yourself, nor is it found anywhere in nature, nor anything like it besides alcohol which is nowhere near as potent.

Stepen Paddock was on the Benzo too, and shot 1000 people, killing 60 of them.

You're not qualified to do much of anything on the weed, certainly not a mass shooting.

Don't say that weed leads to the Benzo.

The root of the nonsense that just happened with the Russians likely had something to do with the Benzo, or another GABAergic too.
