As much as I hate people who get drunk and do drugs,
she wasn't hurting anyone, she was conscious, able to communicate in a somewhat reasonable way, but most importantly she wasn't attempting to drive the car and was asleep in the BACK seat of the vehicle....

As soon as the cops saw she wasn't a threat to herself or anyone else they should have LEFT the scene! It was CLEARLY evident that the cops were looking for an arrest!

One more reason to NEVER speak to the police for ANY reason!
If they harass you invoke your Fifth Amendment Right to remain silent, and stop at that. If they falsely arrest and or imprison you sue the officers as PRIVATE CITIZENS!
Do NOT sue the jurisdiction or gov't agencies as all you are doing in penalizing yourself and others that have to pay the taxes for these oath breaking traitors.
