Seems too much of a coincidence to me that somebody drove 200 miles just to some meaningless supermarket to kill THIS man and a few others to make it look like a random shooting.

His patent wasn't for hydrolysis. It was for some additional aspect of it relating to the minerals in tap water.

Here's an interview on his device. The guy is obviously not technical. He seems to have bought a joe cell kit and then stumbled on something that he believes made it more efficient.
