This is a common problem on railroad diesel locomotives. A fuel injector will fail and flood one cylinder with fuel. The fuel won't ignite in the cylinder because the mixture is too rich. The fuel burns in the exhaust system instead leading to flames and lots of black smoke coming from the exhaust stack.

They do have some nice, large suites with balconies and for the right price, you can even have your own personal butler and have all your food / drinks delivered to your suite.

If you can't tip your butler $1 or $2 grand at the end of the cruse, you can't afford such extravagance.
