I can lay out pretty convincing evidence that a zombie apocalypse is very possible at this point in time.

I think it could be one, a few, or ALL of the following:

1) vaccine pathogen
2) vaccine + tech activation
3) NPCs (that get turned...and I believe there are billions)

If the Bluetooth signal "thing" is real, then this would mean that the zombies (if they are part of the plan) are most likely NPCs that are remote controlled by some relatively advanced tech.
