Anyone else dealing with this?
I go to work and work all day sober mind and then when I get out I just wanna get fucked up. Wifey has called me out on This and the explanation I gave her to as simply “I am so depressed about the current state of affairs in our country, it seems like we are totally fucked, getting fucked up makes me forget about all of that.”

Peace to you. Same here..I've been drinking 4-5 days a week (heavy) when before fake covid, I would only drink maybe twice a week. I am on day 3 of no drinking which doesn't sound like much but I feel so much better. I know I will drink again but I want to keep it manageable..back to 1 or 2 days per week.
