Yes. Everybody and their dog is smoking. I can count on fingers people i know between 16-30 that dont smoke atleast few times a month. And i live in rural Croatia so I can only imagine how its elsewhere...

That said, every generation has its drug. It's for sure better then alcohol or pills that was abused before.

How tf we shouldnt be stressed? We dont own anything and we are not happy. First generation to be poorer then their parents. We lived trough 2007 crisis and then got pushed into next just as life started to look positive by fear driven boomers and you say we have problems coping?

Or should we talk how your generation destroyed family structure? Leaving majority of us with divorced or disfunctional parents? Scaring a lot of young folks to ever open up for love?

Or just try buying house...

Humans dont evolve or devolve in span of few decades. We are same as you were. Its just world got more complex and holy institutions that connected generations are crushed. What could we do, but own quite desperation while watching all shiny happy boomers riding debt we will repay our whole life. Oh and no retirement for us too.

If anything we are most stoic generation in recent history. We should be burning everything and not just joints.
