One testicle can torse. Unless there was a terrible accident in which the testes escaped the scrotum first, they cannot torse around each other...the scrotum is divided into two separate comparents inside.

Seriously guys. It's all how you pack the sack. It should be held in proper position with tight fitting garments ie underwear. So obviously if you wear loose .. well, it's your dick you can figure it out but it will be one a weird shaped tohing if you don't properly pack it.

Don't hang it down with tight fitting jeans . It will become deformed. Wear it up in let the pants hold it in place. Make sure your dick is in the right form when wearing briefs, for example. NO pun intended Brief.
