If you were shot in the street we would cut your cloths off to make sure ther are no other wounds or exit wounds. I didn't look for blood but you need to get them what is called "trauma naked" to assess the injuries. Was this alien shot or did they fall or come from a crash. I assume a crash as it's naked.
