Look at the platform Twitch, they have live streamers that make millions of dollars off of distracted, retarded viewer sheep while the small channels are airing whatever they want in real time. No way to record or clip them without a 3rd party program if the streamer turns off VOD recording or disallows recorded clips. They allow drama between the "big names" to keep attention off the smaller names, and there have been instances of people paying someone to make a new name and stream their plans/actions and then what? No recording except on the main server, or whatever.
