Just as I thought, before I even clicked on the video, the degenerate trash owner has the tattoos ratted up and down his arms. They gotta have their big dogs that disturb the neighborhood with barking. And they'll live with something that leaves piles of crap in the yard along with fur, dirt, and stink inside the house. And heck, let's throw a cat in the mix too so they can live in a stinked up dander infested environment.

Idiots just don't understand anything. What's the officer supposed to do, take a chance and pet the dog only to have his hand bitten off? With a dog off-leash and walking towards the officer, the intent is unknown and the officer has every right to shoot the damn thing. Heck, the owner should have been shot next for being low IQ degenerate trash with tattoos.

And I'll betchya he probably has a Union job, drives a 2011 Ford F-150, wears a baseball cap 27/7, listens to country music, rents UFC pay per view fights on weekends, and drinks Coors Light in aluminum cans.

I would even argue that a leash is still not enough.

Those pit bulls or other big dogs can power themselves with enough strength that most dog owners would be caught by surprise and not able to stop them.

A dog should be considered a dangerous weapon. And dog owners that take their big dangerous dogs to parks should have mandatory insurance on their dogs should anyone be harmed by them.
