Democrats seem very screwed for the midterms. Will Biden declare Martial law to stem deep-state driven mass shootings or for some other nefarious reason and cancel elections? Can he legally do this? Writer of legal brief, Joseph Nunn, says No but most everything Biden and the Democrats do is not legal.
Martial Law will mean the fall of the United States as a Republic forever and the installation of an official Deep State Dictatorship. It must be stopped by all means necessary.

[Editor’s note (May 29, 2022): I have it second-hand from an inside source that Biden plans to implement martial law the week after next. While I may think the very idea is absurd on its face, the Democrats are at the most desperate point in their history as a party and I would put nothing past them. This, then, is an advisory of the murky future that may await us. Something you need to know.]

SUMMARY: The concept has never been well understood. What should be clear, however, is that the president lacks the authority to declare it.

ConclusionThe law governing martial law is complicated and unsettled, but a few principles can be found in the Supreme Court’s rulings on this topic and on the limits of executive power more generally.
The Constitution gives Congress authority to regulate the domestic deployment of the military, and Congress has enacted comprehensive legislation in that area. Because that legislation does not include authorization for the president to impose martial law, the president has no power to do so. Even if Congress were to provide authorization, the Supreme Court has not conclusively decided that the federal government is constitutionally empowered to declare martial law. But it is clear that such a power, if it existed, would have to be exercised within the bounds of the Constitution, and the military’s actions would be subject to judicial review.
