Chinese are told mind their own business and are discouraged to help peoples. It's in their culture. Saw video from china of peoples literally dying on the sidewalk and peoples will just keep walking by like nothing is happening. Why ? They are afraid of being sued if they help.

This is entirely normal for many parts of the world.

Westerners are in a privileged position to consider all life valid and worthy of resources.
