It was my thread!!! WTF????? Why are threads being deleted?

I love this site but sometimes I see things that make me ask questions.

Like could this be a social engineering site or something along those lines.

Honest feelings. I'm a paying emeber so obviously I still believe in this sites importance.

thanks for the explanation. i dont run a site but i just assumed why not let it fade away if it is unpopular rather than delete. seems like going to extra trouble for what? there are threads that have been left alone that never get checked for factual evidence

I had a comment that wouldn’t post the other day as well. I get it that the censorship algorithm here has been put in place for a reason, but I think it needs adjustment. There was nothing threatening at all. Possibly “illuminating,” but no different than most anything else that gets posted here.

If this site is starting to get “politically correct,” I guess I will have to move on to my alternates.
