Anonymous Coward User ID: 82667196 Canada 06/11/2022 03:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | the reason fats have been so demonized is because the brain operates upon fats, so if you have too little fats in your diet your brain will operate like shit and you will think like a legal citizen slave because doing anything more will take too much of what you don't have also, fats are necessary for cellular transfer of nutrients, so if you have too little fats in your diet your absorption rate of nutrients will be so low that you will be undernourished no matter how many supplements you take, leading to liver problems due to excess undigested nutrients just look at pro bodybuilders and how scatter brained they become as they near 1% body fat, it can literally kill them which is why the lamestream deep state has been pushing it, to keep their slaves too stupid, sick and poor to make the right choices |

This time went zero carb/carnivore: -nothing but animals food, water and salt -1-3 meals/day -no caloric restrictions/eat until happy -fat to protein ratio roughly 75/25 -primary focus on beef and butter -grass fed preferred Average day: -2 meals -3500 calories -3lbs meat (ribeye or 80/20 ground) -1/2lb butter Notable substitutions: -organs (mostly liver and heart, but intestines, sweetbreads, tongue, etc) -eggs/bacon (8+ eggs + 1/2lb bacon) Notable results: -no hunger between meals -no bloating/great digestion -sustained energy -sound, restfull sleep -easy breathing, on par with water fast -full, tight muscle (without working out) -improved body composition (less water & BF) Other notes: -great tasting real food -cost on par w/normal meal plan, maybe less -easy to shop for/buy in bulk -practically no prep time & short cook time -use grill outdoors, little to no clean up -dense, bio-available nutrition=little waste Very simple, really works Highly recommend |
