What I don't understand is why no flat earthers have ever tried flying off the disk. I mean, if it's flat they should be able to get on a plan and just fly right off. Or take a boat. Do something or shut it.

So where is the center of gravity on a flat erf?????? if it is somewhere in the center of the "underside"

Proof. Take a telescope to the east coast beach. Point it directly in the direction of the Eiffel Tower, and tell me if you can see it.

Draw a square that touches four spots on a sphere (earth).

Nasa tells us that the radius of the earth is 3,959 miles.

Travel 2,000 miles in a straight line (following the line where the square touches the sphere) and the sphere will be 542 miles below you.

You can argue all you want but Nasa gave us the dimensions of the earth. Use the trig and do the math.

If the earth isn't flat, it's MUCH bigger than we have been told.

Go out on the ocean with your sailboat and VHF radio. Note the height of your antenna and the antenna of another boat you want to experiment with.

If both antenna are 5 ft off the water, you will have limited range. Unless you get skip

Put those antennae at the mastheads and you will have greatly extended communication range.

VHF is line of sight.
