This year North Korea has tested a flurry of ballistic missiles – also banned by UNSC resolutions – and appears to be preparing to conduct a new nuclear test for the first time since 2017." [ link to freebeacon.com (secure)] The US has dishonored its own signature under the UNSC resolution 2202. So, what's your point? This resolution requires Ukraine to implement the Minsk agreements as prescribed or be punished for violating them. Russia is punishing Ukraine for violating the agreements while the US calls it an "unprovoked and unjustified brutal invasion of a sovereign state." Ukraine has publicly and without a permission from the guarantor of peace to the Minsk agreements, Russia, and without a permission of the UNSC, rejected the not optional Minsk agreements and got caught in the process of secretly preparing to solve the Donbass conflict by a military force.
