At my old gym there was a fat guy who never lost a pound in all the years I saw him there. He probably went home and thought "I deserve to eat junk food since I worked out today". Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78919163 That reminds me of a guy we would see at the gym and he was a fatty and never lost weight although he came regularly. One time saw him at the grocery store and that explained everything. Dosha |

You can lose a ton of weight simply by fasting without exercising. Not recommended tho since starving sucks. |

I will when I think I’m close though. No doubts about it. I’ll hit it, get fuckin close, or die trying! Lol I want the truth. We all deserve it. |

Would be on my heavy bag for an hour with 46 hours fasted. Fasting makes your energy skyrocket when you actually have the body fat to burn. I want the truth. We all deserve it. |

Great job, Op! Be careful with that 8% body fat goal, though. You need to make sure that you have a bit that you can spare to lose if you ever get sick, or you could end up even sicker very quickly ~ my grandmother's wise words. Realistically 18 to 22% is good and healthy. I lost 75 lbs over 1 1/2 yrs and had no loose skin. Now a healthy 145 and 21% bmi based on height and weight. I eat anything I want as long as its home cooked with little olive oil. My body can't handle fast food... cuz it goes thru me.... uhmm... "fast" |

Decided to get ruthless, down 12 the past month or so. Quoting: Prayandprepare000 You have to stick to the new normal for the rest of your life. And congratulations. That is a wonderful achievement. So important. Weight loss occurs at 1200-1500 calories per day. When you hit your goal you can really only increase by no more than 200 calories per day or the weight goes right back on. So life time total would be 1700-1800 calories per day. That’s pretty strict. Great job OP. P.S. I couldn’t do it. I thought maintenance was 2100-2200 calories per day. Nope.
