It doesn't matter if it's keto ( ATKINS ) or not. It all comes down to CICO ( Calories in Calories out ) for 99% of healthy people without any biological issues or disease. Approximately 1500 a day will work well. Adding exercise only speeds it up but not needed. Done it myself to get back to 155lb; Covid lockdown and life had me at 175 and feeling FAT as f*ck in my size 30 pants. Calorie counting with a scale has worked great for me. You've done great OP, congrats. Always happy to see people make positive progress. :) |
