The Wall Street Analysts are now factoring IN the HIGH MARGINS that the industry is now making (as in making this month) and starting to project those out as if they will FOREVER CONTINUE FORWARD.

Once the Analysts have all agreed that those HUGE MARGINS will continue indefinitely, well that is a very high risk point for any stock in any industry, and it is time to conclude that the EASY MONEY has been made and time to get as nervous as a cat on a hot tin roof about staying in the trade.

Those macro dynamics don't turn on a dime ... but when they do it changes the entire dynamics of a trade.

We aren't there yet (top margin area for the companies) but we are getting damn close!!

Watch the FORWARD projections of the ANALYSTS and as long as they keep raising raising raising their projections generally the trade is still good, but as soon as the RATE OF INCREASE slows down ... be careful.

Yes, this is what happened in the 1970s gas prices were through the roof and people had to carpool to get to work. They kept saying there was a problem with the oil, as they did not have much, they weren't lying exactly, they just didn't tell the whole story. The thing had to do with then moving most of the oil production to Saudi Arabia, and undercutting the Texas oil producers. You could call it the oil wars, and one side won, it was the Texas oil producers. After they came to an agreement, they let those oil-carrying ships into port, and the gas came down in price. They don't care about the public they care about their bottom line.

You have to wonder exactly what they are fighting each other about today. Look at the food warehouses that have burned and poultry being killed and other things, a lot of things make you want to use a clothespin on your nose to stop the stink from their rotted souls. One thing for sure, food will have a shortage.
