24 years ago I had a road show dinner for I believe 8 people at Veritas in NYC. The wine list was voluminous and incredible. When you get to top wines and can appreciate them like Johnny obviously can, go for it, I say (if you can afford it).

The bill at our dinner hit almost $25k and that was over 20 years ago. These bottles have gotten very pricey recently I'm surprised his bill wasn't higher.

At our dinner, we had DRC, a Montrachet, Screaming Eagle, 1st growth Bordeaux like 1982 Lafite, 1959 LA Mission Haut Brion, Henry Jayer, d'Yquem, etc. A dozen bottles. A night to remember! And after that lawsuit, Johnny deserved it!

This is what's great about road shows, expenses never hit the p and l. Lol.

Not sure Johnny's accountant will let him write this off as a legal expense, however.

He can spend 60K like we spend $200 - not carelessly, but no problem..

He could do that every night for the next 6 years, and still have 10 million dollars left to live the rest of his life on.

And that's not counting the royalties he would make in the meantime.

What the fuck shit hole restaurant did he go to though, that has that expensive a menu yet the waitstaff are so unprofessional they run to the press the next day? 60k should buy some privacy.
