All those who would like to run for office should take a test indicating the understand the basics. Should be natural born citizens in good standing and own property.

Based on the lottery the govt gives each candidate the same amount of money for advertising and commercials. No additional money can be used. You do not control the money, if you dont use it it goes back to the govt. If you waste it, you repay the govt. Oversight committees run the show. No donations, NOTHING.
