Use your thumb to cover the Moon near the horizon.
Compare it to the higher angles. It is the same size.

No insulting, do the measurements first.

For the same reason why an Ant, flea, or any other small organism doesn't feel movement while travelling on the seat of your car or any other larger object. It's common sense. The feeling of movement gets less the bigger the object your on.

Refraction is caused by two effects. First, light likes to travel on the path that gets to the observer in the minimum time. The speed of light is the speed of light in a vacuum divided by the index of refraction. Second, the index of refraction of the atmosphere depends on atmospheric pressure and amount of water present, which change with height in the atmosphere. Therefore light actually travels on a curved path in the atmosphere from one object to another. The path goes higher than the straight-line distance in order to take advantage of the faster speed higher in the atmosphere. Because the path is so curved, the observer must always look a bit higher to see the light rays coming back down from that higher elevation.

I can't feel the earth moving, so I say it isn't moving. You say it actually is moving but we don't feel it moving because of the ant/flea analogy which is a conjecture. So now prove it.

When you get in a plane, except for landing and takeoff you do not feel any movement, except for movement up and down in turbulence. why is that. because the air the plane the seats are all moving together. same concepts involved.

Yeah, somewhat, I looked into it a bit but he wasn't allowed to share all the good details. Only enough for a curious mind to want more, while a "rational" mind would think him a crazy old man. He apparently found the secret upon examining the underside of the hard shell wing, where he saw under microscope geometric shapes in a grid and he combined that with a previous discovery he had made where he found and labeled the "cavernous structure effect" where he noticed certain shapes, like the hexagon tubes of a hornets nest all put together emit electromagnetic radiation essentially.

He was an entomologist, but the Renaissance man type, and recreated what he observed, with his own skillset and approach. He allegedly used a regular battery of sorts to supply low amp, high voltage input that I guess activated the emittance of radiation "lift", and he used basic fans to spread out counteracting the flow to tilt it forward to go forward, and opened or closed them together to raise or lower it.

The explanation lies in the realm of aether aka quantum mechanics.

He was Russian, and wrote a book, my life, which he illustrated himself too, and had one chapter on his discovery of sorts.

True or not, it's interesting, and for me, a reminder that not everything is so easily understood just because every agrees on it, like there only being one mechanism for flight, one way to create lift.
