Get counseling, believe it or not you are in a self destructive path. some people do it immediately by suicide or slowly by disengaging from society and substance abuse with both end results the same. First thing you need to do is get off the MSM, drugs, alcohol and internet for awhile because you are being overwhelmed by negative news daily. You need total healing of mind body and spirit so you can enjoy life again and want to participate in it.
