Atoms and the universe

Every atom is a perpetual machine, build.by indestructible electrically charged material. For example, a ball sealed inside of a double shell. The ball and inner shell are positively charged and the outer shell is negatively charged. The net charge is zero, the total charge is 2. Suppose it is hydrogen atom in reality.

What can it do?
