I had horrific brain fog for 6 months after getting covid back in March 2020. I used Lions Mane Mushroom Powder, which really helped. But, I still feel like it's there sometimes, so hopefully this will really clear it up. The bad news is nothing lasts forever. The good news is nothing lasts forever. |

Quoting: Vego Consider lumbrokinease or nattokinease they are finding massive inflammation and micro clots are a big issue in the brain but these clots are not blood it appears to be amaloyoid plaques and clots causing it. Either way clotted blood or protein can be reduced with either |

Quoting: Vego I never heard of that powder but I have tried so many different vitamins and minerals over the months and nothing seemed to help. I even gave up alcohol for a long time but did nothing so I am very surprised how effective a simple tea is. I bought a very cheap thyme jar today(batts brand)but it doesn’t taste as nice as the first brand I used(Schwartz) so better to go for a good quality thyme |

I read somewhere rosemary is good for brain health I just got lazy though picking the rosemary from my cup because it floats to the top, thyme tends to settle though |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 78881754 United States 06/16/2022 01:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I’ve had brain fog for over 7 months caused by the vax but this seems to have worked for me after a few days. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 82788698 luteolin. I found out about this from a page similar to this [link to www.sciencedirect.com (secure)] So I googled luteolin and found out the spice Thyme was rich in this so started to make tea out of dry thyme found in those spice jars also quite cheap. For the first day or 2 I drank loads of it, 3 heaped teaspoons seaped in boiling water for 20 mins or more with a spoon of sugar. Drank it every day and noticed my brain fog was diminishing, about 90% after a few days. About a week in I would say 95 almost 100% gone. I can think clearly and concentrate, my memory is back to normal I only other thing I was taking was vitamin c with zinc but rarely off and on, I don’t think this was the fix but maybe worth trying. wow, you took the jab? dumbass |

Thanks for this! We have both rosemary and thyme in our hydro garden. Also mint, lavender, lemon balm, chives and oregano. Would the amounts be different if dry vs fresh? Is it best to make a tea from them? Or just chop fresh and consume in a salad or veggie dish? |
