When I was about 18, I smoked every day for a sold year till my College Professor asked me point blank, How much I was smoking and no, I never went to class high but he could tell... I was not the same person I was when I started that program a year before.
From that point on, I knew it was wrong for ME to smoke.

However, I did continue smoking on occasion the next 20 years but never in large amounts the gave it up as I don't like the high.
All I can say is IF its wrong for you, you know...
