Priorities are probably the gene pool...or what they see as valuable in our gene pool.
 Quoting: Mr. Tiger Blood

Many of the races involved in the earth project are concerned almost solely with DNA for one reason or another. The more positive ones are looking to find and harvest gene sequences that will be copied, harvested, and integrated into galactic populations for the purpose of accelerating evolution or repairing the grievous damage done to many species under the oppression of the Orion Empire and its vassals. The Orion and the Wessa groups obsession with our DNA has to do with copyright and ownership laws which govern the authority of species over planetary domains and "lesser" races. By integrating their own DNA into humanity, they can claim ownership over them and earth. To make this authority absolute, they must also purge the competing bloodlines from the human population which would open ownership claims from other races. These races have also "downgraded" our natural genetics to render us dumb, obedient, and complacent - a perfect slave race. Some of them use humans to create genetic medicines for their elites - elixirs of life, as they call it. As for the Greys, they are more nefarious, looking to hijack our genetics and course of evolution (both spiritual and physical) to give birth to more of themselves and replenish their race.

Civilizations like the Aesir (Annunaki) and the Draco have a social structure that values rigid authoritarianism, hierarchy, obedience, loyalty to one's leaders, and raw dominating power. This highly centralized system with competant leaders at the helm has allowed them to bulldoze over many more spiritually evolved races who lacked the same level of military power and will to dominate. It was actually the Aesir that created the early human economic and governmental institutions that we still have today. The NWO is not an organic product of human consciousness, it is a transplanted system of values handed down to the human controllers of earth from alien masters. If you want to understand what these alien cultures value, simply look around you. This is one of the roots of human suffering. We are being taught that our institutions are completely a product of our own internal nature, but they are not. Granted, humans have been successfully reconditioned to adopt these alien values as their own, but there will always exist some cognitive dissonance, as these systems conflict with our core human values at heart. In the Aesir and Draco cultures, these authoritarian institutions are LOVED and accepted, actually making them happy and satisfied. There is no cognitive dissonance within them, as it is a pure expression of their innermost natures. If humans want to be happy, we must return to a system that reflects our core selves - altruistic, decentralized, cooperative (not strictly competitive), and simultaneously valuing both the individual and the collective. The collective does not give value to the individual. Rather the collective only has value because the individuals who comprise it are each priceless and loved. We are not drones in a beehive, like the Greys and the Draco. These races cannot comprehend an individualistic value system, because to them it is illogical. Some members of these races actually believe that they are helping us by enforcing their own system onto us. However, we are what we are and they are what they are. At the end of the day, we must chose to pursue the course of evolution meant for us, not them.

Re: Q: What value systems or priorities do advanced ET civilizations hold dearest?
there are no "advanced ET civilizations" ... they HAD "advanced technology" but they gave it all to us - trying to bribe us into selling our birth-right

evidently alot of people fell for their bullshit and are enslaved by their house-guest - who is intent on destroying what he can't have, because he has no virtues ...

they have been conditioned (and genetically modified) to believe that because they incarnated before we did - they are more advanced beings - but if that were true, they wouldn't want to steal our birth-right and abandon their own
