He appealed to Biden for billions to provide a bidet for every Ukrainian family. It just so happens that one of Zelensky's oligarch buddies is willing to fill the bidet contract. The markup will be hellish but Joe won't know the difference.

Honestly it's about what I'd expect out of his kind... they are raunchy, trashy people that have been spreading smut culture around the planet for 75 years.
