It's unconstitutional and will never hold up in court. It's excessive taxation and is in direct violation of a standing USC ruling that excessive taxation of firearms or ammunition is equal to any other form of gun control. For even suggesting this bill, knowing that it violates a USC ruling these politicians should all be removed from office.

None of the red states will obey this law. People aren't going to listen to democrats. They are full of shit.
