Demons saw the black familys were broke up during a recession in the 70s any family getting welfare could not have an able bodied father living in the house! Viola fathers left so familys would get the aid they needed during tough times. Soon after we see moms trying to do their best while dads wandered aimlessly trying to find work and send money home. Next thing you now there are fatherless familys all over the country kids not having dads there turned the corner on their society within 20 years the black family per say was rare. Inner citys became hellholes schools became unteachable crime scenes.. and what did the demons do? make up reasons to throw more money into the schools that never made it to the schools but unions top administrators the schools still were deplorable.

Just what was the Emancipation proclamation? It was never explained on the Andy Griffith episode "Andy discovers America" Barney said-- It was that proclamation where those people wanted to be emancipated so they got themselves a proclamation
