Just off the top, high heat and humidity can lead to the formation of blod clots as the ciruclatory and vascular systems become stressed and blood cells more rapidy shed toxicity trying to maintain optimal 'flow' in the conditions.

We know for a fact that the Covid injections disrupt this process and CAUSE blood clots to form and build up. Throw in the high temp/humidity and it looks like a perfect storm has been created where many just drop dead where they might otherwise not if they weren't disfigured from the injections.

I am heat intolerant. I am undiagnosed low thyroid and I can't control my body temps which fluctuates wildly.

I visited Anaheim that one July, some 5 years ago, when it was 115F... IN THE SHADE! Unheard of before. Surprisingly, I withstood it well. Stifling? Yes. But I somehow found it more bearable than 98F in the Valley. I could not survive even 5 min without a/c of 85F in Boston. It's so humid, you can't breathe properly, it is draining. I'll take 115F in the shade, as long as it's So Cal's dry heat. No humidity for me, thanks!

What i do while reading a book, is to have cold water from the faucet, to fill a large bucket, and sit while my feet are cooling.

It does negate the need of taking a cold shower, and i'm less at risk of a cold water shock)

It does feel so refreshing, and feeling at the same time the heat of the room, but i begin to tolerate the temperature, and it does bring a calm sensation / Yin.

There are good coolers, that are massive, where you drop water, and even ice inside the bucket.

I don't have it yet, but it's some sort of alternative to AC cooling.

I may alternate if i prefer, with hands inside the bucket.

When i was a teen, i had vagal malaise, even if i was drinking water all the day ( not more than one litre every hour at max)

If not covering the head with a hat or a cap even now, i begin to have vagal malaise while i find 88°F or 89°F, ok to withstand, and even time to time feeling really nice.

It's the sun rays that make me dizzy, even by spring, when temperature is way lower.

I'm not sure but i think sunrays are a bit more harmfull right now.
