AND FAILURE TO DO SO IS ILLEGAL, REALLY STUPID RETARDED AND CRIMINAL MANAGEMENT AND YOU ALL NEED TO BE IN PRISON WHEN ANYTHING BAD HAPPENS WITHOUT THE RIGHT RESPONSES. WITHOUT THE RIGHT PREPARATIONS.
