Yes, you could pay all your billsRent in San diego in the early 90s was a median of $611. Thats over 50% of your income if you made minimum wage in 92. Minimum wage was never supposed to be a living wage. Get some roommates...we all did it growing up till we worked our way up the income ladder. You are not special. I was in gated community on Lake Murray for $375/month in 1992 Hillcrest near downtown and North Park had rents of $200-300
