If it is everywhere, perhaps try camping in the sticks for a couple nights to see if it makes a difference. (Ensure mobile is turned off/not in use.) 2. This is a pharma drug - but have you tried 1.25mg Olanzapine - that is half a tablet of the smallest size olanzapine you can get 2.5mg. Most people report sleeping fantastically on a small amount. It is off label use. Wouldn't go higher than 2.5mg though, as other unwanted metabolic effects will kick in, such as food cravings. |
