First of all it's happening to many and just relax, sleep when you are tired.
Your body knows when it needs rest.
There could be many reasons this is happening to a lot of people.
It could be through hyper vigilance brought on by the trauma from fear over covid and the constant fear porn being pumped out putting your subconscious into a hyper vigilant mode.
It could be we're all re-acting to this increased resonance of the earth, which is through the roof.
It could be medication, stress, vaxxx.
Regardless worrying about it only add to it.
Relax , adapt, it too will change.

Any idea why I sleep in weird ass positions and not like everyone else. I actually feel comfortable sleeping on my knees on the side of the bed or propped up on the floor again the wall corner. Freaks my sig other out and my cat... I can't get comfortable in bed which only started to happen a few months ago.
