Quoting: Anonymous Coward 83725335 I haven't had a good night's sleep in over 8 months... the sad thing is I'm not tired the next day after maybe sleeping 9n and off for a couple of hours. Seems like I sleep better at dawn then night... it's the solstice, too....it can effect sleep for some. i seem to sleep better in the morning, too, but i don't force myself to disengage, which i need to do. drink the lemon balm tea....it's so easy to add and works wonders. |

Look it up, try it….got nothing to lose. You can still enjoy your hot water, but ya just got to suffer through seconds of cold at time. I’m not gonna lie…..it’s torture but dang it, it seems to works. I’m more relaxed, and I can sleep. |

Thanks. I have reg mag will that work? Magnesium glycinate is the form of magnesium that works best for sleep. |

Have you tried removing all wireless / 5G devices to see if that helps? If it is everywhere, perhaps try camping in the sticks for a couple nights to see if it makes a difference. (Ensure mobile is turned off/not in use.) 2. This is a pharma drug - but have you tried 1.25mg Olanzapine - that is half a tablet of the smallest size olanzapine you can get 2.5mg. Most people report sleeping fantastically on a small amount. It is off label use. Wouldn't go higher than 2.5mg though, as other unwanted metabolic effects will kick in, such as food cravings. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 83621010 United States 06/22/2022 08:25 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sleep hygiene First of all sleep patterns are genetic. Look at your mom and dad and family members and note their sleep habits Second same time every night. Watch same show. Take hot shower. Third. Natural sleep aids. Lemon balm tea. Or if you can find lemon balm mint just grab a leaf and eat it. Fourth. Environment. No electronics in room. Perfectly dark and quiet. Having worked as an assistant to a doctor in a general practice i know that if a person is not getting restorative sleep at night not much else can go right mentally during the day. Sleep and specifically REM sleep is a must for good mental health. If you try the above and are positive you have done each step and still cannot sleep then you have something else going on health wise and I suggest a sleep study and a sleep specialist. You did not mention if you sleep with another person who may be able to tell you if you are snoring and or have sleep apnea which is another story fir another day. You also did not mention whether you are taking any other chemicals or prescribed meds which may be interfering with your natural sleep pattern. |
