Try cold showers.
I actually tried this, and it works for me for my night sweats.
Look it up, try it….got nothing to lose.

You can still enjoy your hot water, but ya just got to suffer through seconds of cold at time. I’m not gonna lie…..it’s torture

but dang it, it seems to works. I’m more relaxed, and I can sleep.
