drink lemon balm tea throughout the day

take magnesium theoronate and zinc with a warm glass of milk an hour or 30 minutes before you want to be asleep...find what timing works for you....do your nighttime routine, then get into bed. if you still can't sleep, listen to good sleep sounds like rain, etc. or good binaural beats for sleep/meditation. let the zzzzzzzzzzzzs commence.
