For months I haven't slept but feel fine... strange. Can't sleep, not tired, when I do sleep i find myself on my knees on the edge of the bed, knees on ground, head on mattress, sleeping. Drugs don't work.... nothing. I've tried everything!!

Turn off the TV, Netflix etc. stop eating fast / processed food, salty, fatty, sugary snacks. Cook for yourself with all the time you have. Get a good audio book and drift off to it. You will only need one because you'll never listen to more than 15 minutes at a time. Orwell's 1984 is one I'd recommend.
