Take 500 mg of calcium a few times a day. Many of us are calcium deficient because only a little of the calcium we eat is actually absorbed. Like one cup of milk has 300mg but only 100mg is absorbed. And we all need about 2000 a day. Not all of the calcium supplement will be absorbed either. About 30%. Eat calcium rich foods. Warm milk at night will release tryptophan also. Take some vitamin d at night as well. Most of us are really mineral deficient as well as vitamin.
