Have you tried a benzodiazepine? Benzo's are addictive and dangerous, but if your mind races or you have stress or anxiety issues, try it

Go have your hormones tested - cortisol, testosterone, etc

Make sure you're not dealing with allergy, which could be a gut malfunction or food allergy - try an antihistamine like Benadryl or Advil PM, full dose

Make sure you're not dealing with inflammation - use NSAIDS like Ibuprofen, full dose

Take none of these regularly, once you find your problem make sure you fix it naturally or you'll do more harm
