Ditch all blue screen media for 30 days also shop for herbal sleep remedies, try some melatonin, get outside during daylight hours and no napping, try to reset a regular bedtime about 9pm and again go 30 days like this good luck to you and do not worry about anything, worry kills your heart blessed be
