What do you think is the best way to change it? Two by four, wide enough to make a countertop the size you want, have them put together with a dowel rod and glue super tight then sand and stain them the way you desire, and then heavy polyethylene it and do it again so it is super water proof. Cut the place for your sink which every type you want, this makes a nice looking and heavy-duty countertop. You can also inlay a cutting board area. Quoting: hankie THIS I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you. Slake Blake |

Quoting: Bonnie23124 I think the home improvement website is a couple klicks down the internets. This is a conspiracy website. If you want to talk about how the quartz crystals in your granite countertop are transmitting to Zeta Reticulons or receiving 5G signals that are melting your ovaries, this is the place though. |

What do you think is the best way to change it? Half inch birch plywood, or oak depending on your taste. Stain to match your decor. Use mitered molding on the edges measured to just set down over the old counter. Once the last coat of stain is dry you can start coats of polyurathane or apply bar top epoxy. |
