Feel the breeze on your skin and realized how lucky you are. You are not sitting in an air-conditioned office under fake lighting spending hours look at a screen while pushing buttons. Watch your thinking, are the thoughts you are having really yours or are they a programmed response? Do they contain/result in love? I'm not talking about ego based love with all its wants and needs, I'm talking about essence based love that has no needs, it just is. It's what hold the fabric of existence together...JMO Once you can observe your thinking, you can then decide if you want to continue your current line of thought or "let it go", especially, when you realize that you are in a "negative thinking spiral", only you can change your mind. I have a golden retriever, she is wonderful but sometimes tries my patience. I don’t meditate per say, but I do have quiet time every day to relax and refocus.
