When I have the house all to myself, which is rare. I turn everything off. Then I lay down on my back, close my eyes, clear my mind. Then I focus straight forward and a circle starts forming. I focus on that circle as it's forming. Sometimes I see things in the circle like pictures. I always feel refreshed after.

Plus, I smoke weed and go to the beach everyday. If only to walk a little, or sit and listen to the waves.
