yes, Nature - do some gardening ... even if it just planting flowers in boxes - or getting house plants ... maybe get some tropical fish - try to connect with earth (go bare footed) ... to get anchored so you can restore your balance - take long baths (any hot springs in your area?) swim in a lake or the ocean ...
