Blacks make up imaginary offenses, I've had it happen
personally three times when I lived in Seattle and
it was always a woman.
She was planning to throw water in the driver's face
well before they came to a stop.

I've done several hundred Uber rides over the past few years and talked to a lot of drivers. There's a reason that all drivers have a camera rolling now. If you throw up, you get charged $200 or so. Period. You don't pay, you don't ride again.
