Things are going to get really bad really fast
Quoting: not now People can't afford 6.5% interest rates? Wahhhhhhhh Low interest rates raised the prices of homes. My first home was an arm with a 16.5% cap. I figured shit out real fast and now own several rentals. Interest should be higher. It's free money that causes the bloat in the stock market. Time to man up you pussies.
