Gardens will help. I don't think the goal is to make everyone broke and take all their money. We aren't in a Totalitarian Dictatorship. However, it's about debt. So valuation will be based on those who have extended beyond their means. Poor planning doesn't constitute an emergency for those folks. the terms of the reset are a tightly guarded secret. My guess it will occur BEFORE hyperinflation hits. 50% haircut across the board at the banks. Personal debts erased. Mortgage debt gets reset into a federal program that more looks like rent. Capital controls on EVERYTHING. Labor rates, food, textiles, everything gets standardized. People are allocated credits for working but it goes through the FED in a fully digital system, enough to survive if you work. If you don't...dunno what happens...likely you get put on a train and promised a 'safe place' ...in a trench. Going to the store, you can only buy what they allow you to buy. Your account is totally controlled. You go to buy a generator and the guy at the counter says "it won't ring up"... you can't have it. no worries tho, you'll still have your phone. orwell understood this all too well.
